Edit PDF lets you add things on top of any PDF: a text box with a note or a missing detail, a photo or a logo, a box or circle around something important, an arrow-like line, a quick drawing, a yellow highlight, or a white-out patch over something that should not show. It works on a phone as well as a computer, and you don’t need Acrobat or an account.
Pick a tool and drag on the page. Text boxes take any language, including Hindi, and you choose the font style, size, colour and bold. Images can be JPG, PNG or WEBP; they appear in the middle of the page, ready to move and resize. Rectangles and ellipses can be outlined or filled, lines and drawings come in three thicknesses, and the eight colours match what will be printed.
Everything you add stays editable until you save. Use the Select tool to move an object or drag its corner to resize it; on a keyboard, the arrow keys move the selected object and Delete removes it. The layers panel lists everything on the page, top first, so you can pick an object that is hard to click, bring it forward, send it back or delete it. Undo and Redo work for every step, and you can move between pages freely.
When you save, your additions are written into the PDF. Text is real text, not a picture of text, so it can be selected, copied and found with search in any PDF reader. Images keep their quality, and the original pages are not touched apart from what you added on top. Your file is edited in your browser and never uploaded, which matters for forms, contracts and personal papers.
Two things to know. White-out covers what is underneath but does not remove it, so someone with editing software could still find the hidden text; to really change or remove existing words, use Change existing text, which opens the same file in Edit Text Pro. And if you only need a signature, Sign PDF is quicker. A password-protected PDF has to be unlocked first.
