Contact us
Found a problem, or missing a tool? Write to us at hello@livepdfeditor.com. A person reads every message, and we reply as soon as we can.
Reporting a problem
Tell us which tool you used, on which device and browser (for example “Chrome on an Android phone”), what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot of the page helps.
Please don’t attach private documents. Describe the file instead, for example “a 40-page scanned PDF of 12 MB”.
Suggesting a tool
Tell us what you are trying to do and why the current tools don’t do it. Many of our tools started as a request.
Privacy questions
To ask about your data, or to delete an email you sent us, write to the same address. Our privacy policy explains what the site does and doesn’t keep.
Partnerships and press
For anything else, including schools, offices and press, use the same address and put the topic in the subject line.
