Is the layout kept?
Mostly. Translated text is placed where the original was; longer translations may use a slightly smaller font.
Can I translate a scanned PDF?
Run OCR first, so the scan has real text to translate.
Is Translate PDF free?
Yes. Translate PDF is free and needs no sign-up; there is a fair daily limit per person.
What happens to my file?
It is sent to our server over HTTPS, converted, and deleted after 1 hour. Nobody looks at it.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It works in the browser on Android phones and iPhones; you don’t need to install an app.
